it's a BK in a mall food court, so right away at least it's not McDonald's...I've always been a bigger fan of BK so this totally works...the girl was friendly and quick, but it took a while to get my food since they seemed to be understaffed...it happens...Plus, if your a fan of chicken fries, this location has them...I guess that's a good thing lol...

Right as I go to find a seat to sit down, I see a staff member leaning on the counter gawking at everyone and not saying one word. I go up to the counter and a different staff member serves me. He was very rude and sarcastic, took a while to get my food that was on the window for a few minutes.. The portion size for the burgers are small, but that might be for all BK's but I rarely go so idk. I go back up because the burger was so small, so I try to get another one. The staff member that served me was in the back, on his phone not acknowledging that there's someone in the front wanting food.. So it was pretty irritating. I'll just go to a different BK next time.
